Access is via Wyoming Highway 94 (WYO 94). The turnoff is marked by a sign for Ayres Natural Bridge. The bridge is located approximately 1.5 miles west of WYO 94 on a gravel road. Parking is available at a designated pull-off area adjacent to the bridge. No public transport services this location.
