St. Roko Church (Crkva Svetog Roka) is the primary Roman Catholic religious site in Donja Lastva, a coastal settlement within the Tivat municipality. It is situated on the waterfront and serves as the visual and cultural anchor of the local community.

The church is a stone structure built in a simplified Baroque style. It features a single-nave interior and a prominent square bell tower with a pyramidal roof. The facade is constructed from local grey limestone and includes a decorative stone portal and a small rose window. Inside, the church contains three marble altars and 19th-century religious art, including a notable icon of its patron, Saint Roch.

The church is located directly on the coastal road (Obala Filipa Radulovića), approximately 1.5km north of the Porto Montenegro complex. It is accessible via the E65 Adriatic Highway by following the signs for the Donja Lastva waterfront. Local bus lines connecting Tivat to the Lepetane ferry stop within 100 meters of the entrance. Limited street parking is available along the narrow shoreline.

The current building was completed in 1901, replacing a smaller 16th-century chapel that previously occupied the site. The construction was funded by donations from local sailors, shipowners, and families during the Austro-Hungarian administration. Geologically, the site sits on a flat coastal shelf composed of alluvial sediment at the base of the Vrmac Ridge.

The stone plateau in front of the church serves as the main stage for the "Lastovska Fešta," a cultural festival held every August that showcases traditional music and folk dances. Facts & Legends

Local tradition holds that the church was established to honor St. Roko after the village was spared from a plague that affected other parts of the Bay of Kotor. An architectural detail of note is the multicolored marble used in the main altar, which was imported from Italy specifically for the 1901 reconstruction.
