The Historic Fairfax County Courthouse is a preserved 18th-century judicial building located in Fairfax, Virginia, USA.

It served as the center of county government and legal proceedings for over 150 years.

The structure is a two-story brick building with a white-painted wooden cupola. The brickwork is laid in a Flemish bond pattern. The roof is shingled. The building features a central portico with Doric columns supporting a pediment. Window openings are rectangular with stone lintels.
