Visual Characteristics

Constructed primarily from Tyndall stone, a fossil-rich limestone, the building exhibits a pale, cream-colored facade. It features a central dome topped by a gilded bronze statue known as the Golden Boy. The building is symmetrical, with two flanking wings and classical architectural elements including columns, pediments, and ornate carvings. Its dimensions are approximately 130 meters in length and 70 meters in width, with the dome reaching a height of 75 meters.
