The Mekong Turtle Conservation Center is a facility dedicated to the protection of freshwater turtles located near Kratie, Cambodia.

Access is via National Road 7, turning onto a smaller unpaved road approximately 15 kilometers north of Kratie. The unpaved road extends for about 2 kilometers to the center. Parking is available on-site in an open dirt area. Public transport directly to the center is limited; local taxis or tuk-tuks from Kratie are the primary means of arrival.

The center was established in 2001 by the Cambodian government in collaboration with the Wildlife Conservation Society. Its purpose is to conserve the critically endangered Mekong giant softshell turtle (Pelochelys cantorii) and other native turtle species through captive breeding and community engagement programs.
