The monument is a preserved 1950s Soviet-built Whiskey-class submarine, designated as KRI Pasopati 410. It is painted in a dark grey, weathered hull color. The submarine is partially submerged in a concrete basin, with its conning tower and deck accessible to visitors. The overall length of the visible portion is approximately 76 meters.
