The monument features a central obelisk constructed from reinforced concrete. The obelisk stands approximately 25 meters in height. At its apex, a stylized metal sculpture representing an airplane wing is affixed. The base of the monument is a circular concrete platform, measuring 10 meters in diameter. The concrete surfaces are unpainted, displaying their natural gray hue.
