Limited parking was available on-site during its operational years, but the site is now largely undeveloped.
Historical & Ecological Origin
Construction of the stadium began in 1960 and was completed in 1961. It was originally named D.C. Stadium and was designed by George J. Izenour. Its initial purpose was to serve as a venue for professional football and baseball, as well as other large public events.

As a decommissioned stadium, public access for traditional activities is not permitted. The site is primarily used for occasional events or as a filming location. Historical tours are not currently offered.
