Koh Touch Beach is located approximately 45 minutes by ferry from Sihanoukville. Ferries depart from the Sihanoukville Serendipity Pier multiple times daily. Upon arrival at Koh Touch village pier, the beach is directly accessible. Limited parking is available in Koh Touch village for those arriving by motorbike or car from other parts of the island.

Koh Touch Beach is a natural coastal formation. The island of Koh Rong is primarily composed of granite and sandstone, with its coastline shaped by wave action and tidal forces over millennia. The beach itself is a result of sediment deposition.

Swimming is possible directly from the beach. Kayak rentals are available from vendors along the shore. Snorkeling excursions depart from the pier to nearby coral reefs. Evening bioluminescent plankton tours operate after sunset.
