Huye Mountain Coffee is a commercial coffee washing station and plantation located on the slopes of Huye Mountain in the Southern Province of Rwanda. It serves as a primary production site and educational hub for specialty Arabica coffee within the Huye District.

Established in 2011 by David Rubanzangabo, the station was built to centralize processing for over 1,300 smallholder farmers. The soil is primarily acidic, volcanic latosol, which is conducive to the Bourbon variety of Arabica coffee. The region's microclimate is characterized by consistent rainfall and temperate high-altitude conditions.

The main harvest and processing season occurs from February to May, providing the most active technical demonstrations. For photography, the early morning (07:00–09:00) offers clear views of the valley before cloud cover develops. The dry season from June to August is optimal for hiking the mountain trails.
