The station is connected to the mall via a covered pedestrian walkway. For vehicular access, multiple entry points are available from Rama I Road and Phaya Thai Road. The mall provides extensive underground parking facilities for approximately 4,000 vehicles.

Siam Paragon was developed by the Siam Piwat Group and opened in December 2005. It was conceived as a luxury retail and entertainment destination designed to attract both local consumers and international tourists. The site was previously occupied by the Siam Intercontinental Hotel.
