Limited parking is available in the underground car park, accessible via Vista Exchange Green. Bus services 74, 111, 112, 113, 114, 154, 183, 184, 185, 191, 196, 198, 200, and 201 stop at the Buona Vista Bus Terminal adjacent to the complex.

Star Vista was designed by Cox Architecture and completed in 2012. Its original purpose was to create a sustainable and accessible venue for retail, dining, and live performances, integrating with the surrounding urban environment. The site was previously undeveloped land.
