The structure consists of a large, circular steel wheel supporting 28 enclosed cabins, each capable of holding up to 40 passengers. The wheel's exterior is illuminated with LED lights that can display various colors and patterns. The cabins are transparent, offering unobstructed views.

Parking is available at the LINQ Hotel's parking garage, with validation often provided for wheel ticket holders. Several public bus lines, including the RTC's Deuce and SDX routes, stop along the Las Vegas Strip within walking distance.
Historical & Ecological Origin
The High Roller was constructed by Caesars Entertainment and opened to the public on March 31, 2014. It was designed by the architectural firm Arup and built by the engineering company American Bridge Company. Its purpose is to provide panoramic views of the Las Vegas Valley.
