Access is available via private vehicle or taxi-velo; the site features a dual-level basement parking facility with a capacity for 300 vehicles. Public transit is accessible via the "Kigali Heights" bus stop, served by multiple RFTC (Rwanda Federation of Transport Cooperatives) routes connecting to Remera and Nyabugogo.

Historical & Ecological Origin

Developed by Fusion Capital and opened in 2016, the project was part of the Kigali City Master Plan to create a decentralized urban hub in Kimihurura. The $40 million investment transformed a previously underutilized government-owned plot into a high-density mixed-use facility. The site was engineered to include sustainable water management systems and optimized natural lighting to reduce electrical loads.

The retail promenade is most active during the late afternoon (17:00 to 19:00) when the temperature cools. For photography, the "Golden Hour" (17:30 to 18:15) provides ideal lighting to capture the reflection of the Kigali Convention Centre's dome in the glass facade of the Heights. Weather is most predictable during the dry seasons of June to August and December to February.
