Kigali Business Centre (KBC) is a major mixed-use commercial complex located in the Kimihurura sector of the Gasabo District. It occupies a strategic position at the intersection of KN 5 Road and KG 1 Ave, directly opposite the Kigali Convention Centre.

The complex consists of an older refurbished wing and a modern eight-story glass-and-steel tower totaling 14,000 square meters. The architectural style is contemporary, featuring floor-to-ceiling blue-tinted glazing, brushed aluminum panels, and a distinctive curved facade on the newer extension. The ground floor is characterized by an open-plan retail gallery with polished marble floors, while the upper levels house Grade A office spaces with modular glass partitions. The site is situated approximately 5km east of the Kigali Central Business District and 6km west of Kigali International Airport.
