Humayun’s Tomb is a 16th-century garden tomb located in Nizamuddin East, New Delhi, India. It is the tomb of the Mughal Emperor Humayun and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

It stands on a raised platform and features a central dome, four minarets at the corners of the platform, and arched entrances (iwans). Construction of Humayun’s Tomb began in 1565 and was completed in 1572. It was commissioned by Humayun's senior wife, Bega Begum. The tomb was designed by the Persian architect Mirak Mirza Ghiyas. It represents the first garden-tomb on the Indian subcontinent and set a precedent for Mughal architecture.
