Parking is available in a designated lot adjacent to the beach. Public transport is limited; the island's seasonal bus service may have stops within walking distance, but schedules vary.

Facts & Legends

The name "Mansion Beach" originates from the former presence of a large Gilded Age mansion owned by the industrialist John Jacob Astor III, which was located near the beach in the late 19th century. The structure is no longer standing.
