The mall features an architectural style inspired by traditional Omani forts and ancient souks, utilizing white-washed facades, pointed arches, and a low-rise profile. A central landscaped courtyard acts as a garden plaza, featuring a choreographed dancing fountain that serves as a visual centerpiece. The interior includes a dedicated traditional souk area with heritage-inspired stonework and decorative wooden elements.

Located on Ar Rubat Street in central Salalah, the mall is approximately 10km from Salalah International Airport and positioned next to the Salalah Courts Complex. The site offers extensive asphalt parking for over 1,300 vehicles. It is accessible via major city roads, and taxis are the primary form of public transit to the main entrance.

Developed by United Real Estate Company (URC) and opened in 2013, the project was designed to be a modern landmark that preserves regional cultural heritage.
