Al Hoota Cave is a natural subterranean karst system located at the foot of Jabal Shams in the Ad Dakhiliyah Governorate, near the town of Al Hamra. It extends approximately 4.5 kilometers into the limestone massif, with a dedicated 500-meter section developed for public access.

The cave floor contains a large subterranean lake that fluctuates in depth according to seasonal rainfall.
